CG has NO Guaranteed turn around time we will NOT make you promises we cannot keep.

We will post our average turnaround time atop every page and please understand this is just an average.

Your Turnaround time will start the day your submission is checked in, NOT the day it is delivered to Collector's Grade & Your turnaround time ends the day Collector's Grade ships out your submission

(We do not consider in transit to and from Collector's Grade as a part of your turnaround time

(Example: Collector's Grade does not check-in submission on Sunday & Monday therefore a package received on Saturday will not be checked in until the following Tuesday)
